She brings specialized expertise in managing complex and high-cost claims, including overseeing rehabilitation through interstate facilities before transitioning care back to Tasmania.

Verity is skilled at identifying workplace demands and has extensive knowledge of the impact of injuries, and the interplay between physical function and mental health. Verity is adept at navigating any challenges to ensure that the return to work for an injured worker is sustainable.

Verity has previously been an OT Australia (Tasmania) Committee Member and has previously been awarded for 15 years of service for Headway Support Services.

As a thriving occupational therapy student and keen sailor, Verity assisted in the set up of Sailability South Australia, to enable sailing to be accessed by all. Verity has been a keen sailor since a young age, and has competed at club, state, national and world championships in dinghy’s, multihulls and keel boats.
